I felt in love with Nepal since my first visit, traveling from my native France where I’ve been practicing for years my passion for healthy food and innovative cuisine which I’m now proposing in Katmandu to you, travelers, Nepalese people or worldwide residents. My cuisine is influenced by Mediterranneen and Provencal flavours from where it draws their rich colors and balance.
So it’s a little bit of South of France which I’m giving you here, and his echoes tunes up with Nepalese lifestyle quite obviously.
To me, Nepalese “ambiance” has so much in common with some of our cities in the South of France or around the Mediterranean Basin.
Some regions like “les Boutières” in Ardèche have similar rhythm in many geographical aspects with the Nepalese valleys.
We could also find similarity in traditional Alpine music and some Himalayan folklore sonority.
Talking about mountain spirit, we can’t forget the Alpes-Himalayan fraternity shared by mountaineers, scientists and mountain guides.
May be at the end, Nepal and France are much closer than on the map of the world, even if our respective vision seems different and incomparable.
My art of cooking vocation is to bring our two cultural richness together in a place dedicated to human and cultural exchange.
Within this culinary project, I’ve chosen carefully my team to offer you the best service in a led back atmosphere.
