"In the cooking class, my aim is to give the students some clear techniques. From them, they can feel free to create many recipes.
Of course I teach French ways of cooking and traditional dishes. But I consider their wishes for the next program, and I want them to be able to use those techniques on their own way.
I have to say how enthusiastic they are, with a great interest in the "tricks" I give them to be successful when they welcome guests at home. We learn, we have fun, we share the lunch they contribute to prepare..."
